Outstanding service from Taylors secures our dream home.
We had a first rate service from Taylors, in particular, Nik Kershaw. Nik worked tirelessly from our first meeting with him to both sell our house and secure the purchase of our dream home, all within record time frames. He even managed to sell our house before it had technically hit the market! He kept us informed every step of the way and liaised with all the relevant parties to ensure a speedy and a smooth as possible sale and purchase. I am writing this review from the kitchen of our dream home which is all thanks to Nik Kershaw and Taylors Estate Agents. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.22-Sep-2017

Total Incompetance Yet Again
A. Get the tenancy agreement requirements correct within thr 3 weeks notice given rather than numerous mistakes which resulted in hand written amendments for new tenants to sign past their appointment time. B. Emergency contact number that no one answers or returned the call from message left. C. Property Management team rang and left message to recall. Not available to take my call and left message to call me back which they did not. Rang again and stsff member couldnt remember why they rang me or the tenants question. Said they would find their notes and recall. Have never done so. All in all rubbish service.22-Sep-2017

Use the professional photographer and make sure instructions are clear.
The branch manager was great: very professional and friendly. I wasn't impressed with the other sales associates - one was too pushy and the other not enough so. I also had an issue with unclear communications which resulted in some embarrassment with my buyers. The marketing was generally good and I received plenty of viewings (of variably quality) and the professional photographs were a worthwhile investment.Customer Relations Team 14-Sep-2017

A comprehensive professional service, with a human touch.
Taylors Kingsway approached me, when they saw my house wasn't selling through another agent. I was a little sceptical when they assured me they'd provide a full and comprehensive service, from start to finish, and get a realistic current market value for the property. They did ALL of these things, but what made them stand out from the crowd by a long shot was their professionalism, yet down to earth 'human' approach.
