    Good Communication and Feedback

    We sold our property with Taylors - Quedgeley, Gloucester. Throughout the process, good lines of communication were established with the branch, with regular updates and honest feedback. We wanted a quick Sale but at a good price and both were accomplished.

    My service feedback with Sales

    Did well to sell the property 5 times but communication very poor, was told I'd be phoned back by 1pm or end of the day etc but always had to phone up the following day as never recieved the promised phone calls.

    1. We first viewed the property, we were told that everything was included as the kitchen was all integral.     A few times they turned up at the house and had not told me I had viewings, <br/>And once the sale had. Even done I never heard from anyone, I had to ring them to chase things up. I never even got a phone call to say congratulations.
