    I would not use Taylors again to manage my property

    After having found a tenant for me and signing up to manage the property. The service I have received has been dreadful and repeated requests have fallen on deaf ears.

    Great Service!

    I have already filled in a comment on a survey but just to say, we were really impressed with the service we received. Everyone kept us up to date at the Patchway Branch, gave notice on viewings and the progress. Got back to us with replies to our questions, nothing was too much trouble. Everybody treated us with respect and were courteous. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and also use them again.

    My service feedback with Sales

    Everyone, when selling a property, wants to obtain the best possible price. I had 3 agencies value my property, each saying they would try to find a suitable client. Paul at Taylor's Stony Stratford valued my property far in excess of the other two agencies and added that he was confident of getting an offer close to the valuation and he did. With national advertising and connections, the house was advertised far and wide and as a result, it was sold in just 4 days. During the legal period of the sale, I have been kept up to date with progress by Taylor's. I was pleased to have chosen Taylor's because they work for the client. Taylor's are not "fixers" where other agencies are working for both client and purchaser to obtain a quick sale at a under market price. I would recommend anyone to sell through Taylor's.

    Not as good a service as i was hoping for!

    There were a lot of little things that let them down: 1. Length of time and the number of times I had to chase for a sign to be put up 2. Mis-sold the marketing up grade package 3. Failed to inform surveyor that he was to phone ahead of his visit 4. Changing for sale board to sold early on the Saturday, despite requesting that it was not to be done until Monday 5. Sending a letter to my solicitor in error informing them that the sale was not going ahead. This resulted in my solicitor closing the file and there being a week delay 6. Memorandum of sale taking over a week to be sent to my solicitor despite advising me it would be done in 24-48 hours 7. Incorrect commission invoice sent to my solicitor

    I asked for an update obn the tennants late payment wich was due to a wrong account number & electricity meter reading as at the time the tennancy started. I also asked for a copy of the Inventory, I received alll the information very promptly.
