    My service feedback with Sales

    All Staff member were very good, property details clear, good position in the window display, the only reason we did not give 5 stars this was due to the keys to the property being handed to a carpet fitter, before the exchange of contract without our knowledge and our solicitor having to send a strong email to Taylors as no member of staff attended.

    OK, but watch out

    They got the job done, but felt the contractual process and fees were not explained fully in a bid to get us to sign up. The Conveyancing company affiliated with Taylor's are not great and seem very inexperienced; my advice, get someone local with a good reputation. If I have to sell my house again, it won't be through Taylor's

    Taylor's Central office is useless

    Gary of Taylor's cardiff bay is exceptional, professional, welcoming, helpful, a pleasure to deal with. What we do not like is the central office which sends us ridiculous, infuriating emails asking us stuff that we have already negotiated with Gary. Some of the emails are actually threatening! If it wasn't for Gary we would have left Taylor's several years ago. Let Gary do his job and leave us alone.

    Outstanding service from Taylors secures our dream home.

    We had a first rate service from Taylors, in particular, Nik Kershaw. Nik worked tirelessly from our first meeting with him to both sell our house and secure the purchase of our dream home, all within record time frames. He even managed to sell our house before it had technically hit the market! He kept us informed every step of the way and liaised with all the relevant parties to ensure a speedy and a smooth as possible sale and purchase. I am writing this review from the kitchen of our dream home which is all thanks to Nik Kershaw and Taylors Estate Agents. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

    Total Incompetance Yet Again

    A. Get the tenancy agreement requirements correct within thr 3 weeks notice given rather than numerous mistakes which resulted in hand written amendments for new tenants to sign past their appointment time. B. Emergency contact number that no one answers or returned the call from message left. C. Property Management team rang and left message to recall. Not available to take my call and left message to call me back which they did not. Rang again and stsff member couldnt remember why they rang me or the tenants question. Said they would find their notes and recall. Have never done so. All in all rubbish service.

    Only thing when they need customers they give good service ones u come with them after they dont give you replay properly back and thats all eatate agents are same
