Absolutely first class from start to finish. They are always there at the end of the phone, calls are always returned! Taylors was probably the best phone call I made, at the very beginning. My service feedback with Lettings
Bad. Very bad. I am writing to Countrywide , to let you know that in general, your large , impersonal, System is not working for me. Left and right hands do not seem to communicate internally. Staff turnover is too high. It is extraordinarily impersonal. To my mind very inefficient. I am going to wait a short time to what you can do to improve ... otherwise, I will have to look elsewhere for service. I have a lot of experience with agents over the years. So a lot of comparison. At the moment you are joint bottom of the list, with one in South Africa Bring back the days when we knew the agent. They knew us. They knew the tenant. They knew what was going on as far as rent, maintenance, renewals, advertising and appointments for new tenants etc You collect my rents but are completely unable to pay the service charge from it. Twice a year. Despite me writing to remind you ! Even telephoning from abroad. None of the previous agents which you subsumed had this problem , nor did they need reminding in writing and verbally over and over, and I have had the property let out for over 12 years. I donâ€™t get my monthly emails with statement. I am uninterested in going to a website for each agent to check. I need an email in my inbox. If as has happened this month no rent has arrived, no one has taken the time to check what is going on or why. Your departments are too separate for one to know what is going on in another. I have to ring from where ever I may be in the world and let the branch know. Then I have to call again to find out the result of their investigation , as one could wait a long time for a message. Your maintenance is similarly ill informed and inefficient. They may be pleasant in person, but knowledgeable and timely action is very difficult to get. Your standards are getting lower and lower. I could go on and on. It seems smart to have a photographic condition survey. But with the way things are handled and go- and timing , I have given up even asking for the tenant to contribute to any repairs from their deposit. I have been lucky for a very long time with little damage. The last tenant who was not careful for 2 years has got away with it. I give up. And I have not heard anything more about quotations for repairs I had asked for. I seem to remember your agents touting your size as a reason for using you if I were to sell. Well, I think it would put me off. As no one stays long enough to know their jobs. No one covers effectively for others. Loyalty? And left and right hands are so divorced no one is ever in the picture in my experience. This is all blunt, but I am afraid I have not much faith in your services these days.

Fair service but not exceptional

Services are ok
The staff has been helpful in dealing with issues thatcrop up during the sale. The only problem i am not very happy with is the sale fee so my advise to seller is to get the proper fee obtained knowing how much tier taking will be in white and black, otherwise they have been very supportive and i will recommend them to any body that needs their service.Customer Relations Team 30-Nov-2017
