    Pushy and impersonal.

    They often don't answer queries properly. They don't always do what has been agreed eg I said no children in my let house and hey presto there are children who were kept of out of sight during the signing of the contract. They put up a Let By sign which I had forbade them to do because I did nto want attention drawn to the house. They did not repair the holes in the brickwork, made by that sign's post, although I requested them to do. There are sometimes impersonal emails from no named person. They charge both the landlord and the tenants for the same things.

    My service feedback with Sales

    The sale of my house went through quickly; the documentation produced by Taylors was of good quality and they were willing to adjust photos, as necessary. They made sure that the right people visited the house for viewings and that I was informed all of the time of the responses. My main dealings with Taylors were with Luis Tindale and I rate him highly. We got into some very tricky water with the conveyancing solicitors; Countrywide and he was able to keep communication lines open. On this matter of using Estate Agent recommended solicitors; just be sure that you are confident that they will provide you with the personal service that you need when selling a house. Having said that Mary Lord from Countrywide was superb once she had been given my case.
