    A friendly, efficient, respectful and genuine service with a personal touch

    I felt that everyone I dealt with had a genuine interest in helping me sell my home with the least possible stress. The team were also very approachable, which made it easy for me to pop into the local branch for advice. I was kept, up to the minute, well informed about the sale process. They were also enthusiastic and supportive when I found a property to buy. I can't believe the whole selling and buying process went so well and fast. I would definitely reccommend Talors and use them myself if I need to in the future.

    Overall, best avoided.

    Sadly, the overall experience was painful. It took ages for Taylors to list the property - resulting in us missing it being listed over the Easter Bank Holiday period. I chased on numerous occasions to find out the status. When it was eventually listed, no room sizes were included and the very large master bedroom did not have a picture. The personnel changed, including the branch manager, which did improve things greatly. They accepted that a poor service had been provided and that Taylors had valued the property too high. Once the sale was completed I received a chase for their outstanding fees - these fees were deducted by our solicitor at the point of sale, the funds being sent to Taylors immediately. Overall, best avoided.

    Poor valuation. Reacted only when pushed by the buyer.

    The initial valuation of the property was way off. This led me to reject the first offer which would have been plus £4K above the final sale price. The second offer I decided to accept but it took the potential buyers 6 weeks to realise that it wasn’t viable at the price they offered. Should they have been vetted? The final offer I accepted went very slowly. Reported this to Taylor and nothing happened, they only got involved when it could of potentially fell through. In the end they were pushing me to contact my solicitor asking for info that had already been forwarded. Very annoying but it did go through.

    They were good , as thats it ..

    The staff were very professional at all times . plus kept me informed all the way through my long journey of nearly six months .Because I had 2 buyers that pulled out , which was not good indeed. But finally got there in august 2017 . Shaun and Eric [ The A team ] , were very good indeed , so Head office please note .. some good praise for the two gentleman in question . also Sam at north Swindon branch as well . But people did say to me , why did I go to a national company , and not a local, in the high street as such . But Taylors had sold houses in my street already , so I went with them .. Even other estates agents tried to get me to change to them , but I said no way , I'm happy with Taylors in Swindon , so go with them ....

    helpful

    they handled my executor sale very well and were extremely helpful in arranging access to the property.I live 100 miles from the property I was selling and they thus helped to reduce the number of journeys I needed to make.

    overpriced, you can see why people are switching to internet sales

    Charged me a lot for a high valuation, so I thought it was worth the extra to get me that sale price. However, then they started sending me offers 30% below the valuation, realized then that they weren't working for me, but themselves
